CORRECTİON AFTER PERMANENT FACİAL PARALYSİS

We refer to the condition that develops due to paralysis of the nerves that control our facial expressions, lips, and eyelids in the facial region as facial paralysis. Depending on the cause, it can manifest as temporary, permanent, partial, complete, on one side of the face, or on both sides. Permanent facial paralysis is considered to be the condition where functions do not return even after one year. In these cases, various muscle and tendon transfers can be performed by plastic surgery to partially restore some functions for individuals.
