Humanity: A Holistic Perspective on Health and Beauty

Humans are not merely beings composed of a physical body; they also possess mental and spiritual dimensions. Illness is a disruption of harmony in the body; it signifies that a previously balanced system is in jeopardy. This loss of harmony first manifests in our consciousness as information, and later becomes apparent in the body. The body is the realm where consciousness and all changes occurring within it take place. It reflects our emotions, thoughts, and many aspects of our spiritual experiences. If a person experiences an imbalance in their consciousness, it appears as a symptom of illness in the body. Therefore, saying that only the body is sick can be misleading. It is the person who becomes ill, and the symptoms emerge in the body.

With this perspective, when facing a chronic health issue, a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit is essential, rather than a solely body-focused one.

Expanding our view of humanity, we are essentially a whole made up of electromagnetic fields. We are composed of frequencies vibrating at specific wavelengths. We also possess a morphogenetic field and are in communication with our environment. Through the electromagnetic fields and energy meridians where our endocrine glands reside, life energy is distributed throughout our bodies.

All our cells operate healthily between 60-90 mv. Each organ has its own frequency range. Exposure to factors that disrupt these frequencies manifests certain symptoms in the physical body. Our physical body is the area where the energy body is reflected. In cases where exposure to frequency-disrupting factors continues, the body develops certain restrictions known as regulatory blockages to protect itself.

These blockages can occur on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Their primary aim is to protect the body; however, they reduce the energy capacity. As a result, our bodies frequently feel the need for rest. We wake up tired in the mornings, feel lethargic throughout the day, and often wish to lie down or sleep. We become more susceptible to illness. Our skin appears pale, dull, and lifeless, and becomes more prone to blemishes, with increased sensitivity.

Therefore, to age healthily and heal, it is crucial to eliminate regulatory blockages through treatment methods such as acupuncture, biorezonance, neural therapy, homeopathy, aromatherapy, and hypnotherapy, while also increasing the body's energy capacity through healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits.

A Holistic Approach to Skin Health and Beauty

Our skin is our material outer boundary. Through our skin, we establish contact with the outside world. We touch our environment with it, showcase ourselves to the world, and reflect our existence outward. This reflection occurs in two ways:

There is a specific area on the skin that reflects each internal organ. Any disorder in the internal organs manifests in the corresponding area of the skin.

Each problem on the skin communicates with the internal organ associated with that point.

The color, texture, condition of lesions, location, pain, redness, itching, swelling, and burning sensations on our skin indicate various aspects of our internal system. Our skin not only provides information about our internal state but also reflects all our emotional processes and reactions. Having sensitive skin often means possessing a sensitive soul.

There is a difference between being beautiful and looking beautiful. Our aim should be to be. Approaches such as PRP, ozone therapy, mesotherapy, and stem cell treatments that allow for repair, restructuring, and replenishing what is depleted can be termed as "being beautiful."

In cosmetic applications, every attempt to artificially change the skin’s external representation of our inner selves is, in fact, an act of dishonesty. It implies presenting something that is not truly there. We pay the price for all that is false in life, including in our bodies.

For skin health and beauty, the balance of mind, body, and spirit is vital. The effort to deviate from one’s unique beauty stems from a lack of self-satisfaction. Subtle enhancements that improve skin quality and rejuvenate are far more valuable.

As with all chronic illnesses, for our skin health and beauty, it is crucial to refrain from consuming foods that create negative resonance with the body, to eat naturally, simply, and intermittently, and to rid ourselves of negative emotions that drain our mental energy.

As Yunus Emre said, "Knowledge is to know oneself," understanding ourselves, being ourselves, loving ourselves, and living according to the needs of the soul will lead to a state of well-being characterized by health, peace, and happiness.
